Reasons why I love kumquats:
1) You can just pop the whole thing into your mouth. I eat them like grapes. I eat them like candy.
1a) I think kumquat is an old Aztec word for grape candy.
2) They remind me of my childhood. And I love everything that reminds me of my childhood.
3) The name kumquat sounds like a powerful indian warrior, the Mighty Chief Kumquat.
3a) Of course, if he was an Aztec chief, then he would be the Mighty Chief Grape Candy...

Of course they can! Just have their mom or dad go to the store and pick some up!
